Amalie Vangsgaard signs with Paris Saint-Germain

Paris Saint-Germain have today confirmed the signing of Danish international striker Amalie Jørgensen Vangsgaard, who joins the Club until 2025 after a successful 18-months at Linköping FC. 

After joining Linköping in Summer 2021, the 26-year-old grew into one of the most dangerous attackers in the Damallsvenskan.  In 2022, Amalie was the league's top scorer with 22 goals in 25 games, also being named the Årets Forward (Forward of the Year) in the end of season awards.

In the past 6 months, Vangsgaard has also had her first experience with the Danish national team, with 4 caps since her debut in September 2022.

At PSG, Vangsgaard will join a team that currently sit top of France’s D1 Arkema and will also compete in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Women’s Champions League later this year.
